  • Educational Technology - Refresher Course has helped me professionally grow as an educator in better understanding the World of Ever-Changing Technology, Improvements in Products and Services for Education, Business, etc.

  • All Educators will have enhancing learning opportunities with the accessible knowledge, tools, and applications with advancement for learning. Students of all ages & grade levels including educators will definitely benefit from all Five (5) Tech Cohort Course Domains including prior:

 

            CNMI-PSS: Educational Technology Courses can help students learn in new and             
            Innovative ways.  Making instructional teaching & learning a collaborative and creative 
            experience.  Students will be able to enhance their individualized skills in technology, 
            provided course introduced opportunities, accessibility, creativity, and enjoyable 
            engagement.

  • What were some of the most challenging topics of the program?
  • Google Earth: Navigate through the Google Earth interface, record using the Google Earth recording feature, and incorporate Google Earth in their classroom.
  • Advanced Computer Application: Develop proficiency in using resizing and conversion tools available within software applications commonly used in educational contexts.
  • Advanced Computer Application: Acquire skills in efficiently completing tasks using educational technology tools like Autocrat to optimize workflow and productivity.
  • What was the most important thing you have learned in the program?
Digital Citizenship - ISTE Standards & Digital Access, Digital Etiquette, Law & Communication, Digital
Literacy & Commerce, Digital Rights, Responsibilities, Safety & Security, Health & Wellness.

Instructional Design with Technology - Create Interest Surveys (Engage Students/Audience Web Based Tools), Educational Resources & Feedback Tools (Explore 1 Million & More Authentic Digital Resources, Create Content, Analyze Feedback), Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools & Community & Relationship Discussions, Gamify Websites (Quizziz vs. Kahoot), Choice Board Graphic Organizers, and Hyperdocs (Inquiry Based & Differentiated Learning),

  • How has the program benefited you in your workplace/classroom?

Overall, Educational Technology Courses have provided educators with the necessary dynamic and interactive programs, tools, and applications for assisting CNMI-PSS Educators in the advancements in Technology and it's purposefulness in meeting the needs of all learners. 

It beats traditional methods and paradigms in education. Interactive whiteboards, educational apps, and multimedia resources cater to various learning styles, making lessons more accessible, engaging, and effective.

Teachers Benefits: Prepares students for the Digital 21st Century Learning Initiative as a life long learning skill.  Great for Remote Learning Opportunities.   AI Apps are a valuable tool for planning lessons and research.  Technology keeps students engaged. Helps students with different learning styles.  Apps and Programs provide instant collective data, records, performance feedback and a grading systems.  Teachers now have the tools to help students develop proficiency and advanced skills for the world of global technology and advancements.
